Vendor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AIArt4You.com (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”). These Vendor Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with us as a seller of digital products. By registering as a Vendor on AIArt4You.com, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Vendor Registration

To sell on AIArt4You.com, you must complete the registration process with accurate, up-to-date information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any vendor application at our sole discretion.

2. Products Allowed

You may upload and sell the following types of digital products:

  • AI-generated digital art
  • PDFs and educational materials
  • Graphics for crafting
  • Online courses and tutorials

You must have full rights or appropriate licenses for any content you upload. Any copyrighted or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Moderation

All uploaded products will undergo manual review before being published on the Platform. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or disable any product that violates our quality standards, copyright policies, or general guidelines.

4. Fees and Commission

  • Sales Commission: AIArt4You.com retains 5% of each sale. You receive 95% of the product sale price.
  • Withdrawal Fee: A 5% processing fee is applied to all payout requests.
  • No Other Fees: We do not charge listing fees, monthly subscriptions, or other hidden costs.

5. Payouts

  • Minimum Payout: The minimum balance required to request a payout is $50.
  • Payment Method: Payouts are made via bank transfer to the account information you provide.
  • Payout Timing: Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 7–14 business days after approval.

6. Product Ownership & Licensing

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or are authorized to sell it.
  • You grant AIArt4You.com a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your products via the platform.

You retain full ownership of your products.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are expected to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions and high-quality files.
  • Upload only legal, original, and license-cleared content.
  • Keep your account information up to date.
  • Respect customers and platform rules.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that:

  • Upload infringing or illegal content
  • Engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior
  • Repeatedly violate platform rules

9. Limitation of Liability

AIArt4You.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of earnings, or data loss resulting from use of the Platform. Vendors use the service at their own risk.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Vendors will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
